Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable artwork, licensed files, and digital content are considered final once files have been delivered or accessed.

As digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not provided for:

• change of mind
• accidental purchases
• incompatibility with unsupported software or systems
• misunderstanding of licence terms after purchase

 

Faulty or Incorrect Files

If you experience problems with a purchased file, including:

• corrupted downloads
• missing files
• incorrect file delivery
• technical access issues

please get in touch and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue promptly.

Where appropriate, replacement files or corrections may be provided.

 

Licensing & Usage

Refunds cannot be issued once licensed artwork has been downloaded, accessed, or used.

Please review product descriptions, licence information, and usage terms carefully before purchase.

 

Bespoke Commissions

Custom commissioned work is subject to separate agreements and project terms discussed prior to commencement.

Deposits or completed work for bespoke commissions may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
